General Consulting
General
infusion consulting services are available at an hourly rate. An estimate of
consulting services necessary to fulfill requests will be provided prior to
initial consultation session.
Available
services include, but are not limited to:
§
Review of existing facility infusion therapy policy & procedures
§
Establishing new facility infusion therapy policy & procedures
§
Project development
§
Assistance with obtaining facility licensure and/or accreditation
All expenses (i.e. toll calls, reference articles, copies, etc.) incurred will
be the responsibility of the contracting party and will be invoiced
accordingly.
Travel Expenses
The contracting company is responsible for travel expenses, including mileage and/or airfare, accommodations, meals, and any additional related expenses. For locations outside of the Tampa Bay area (i.e. Pinellas and Hillsborough counties) mileage will be billed at a rate of $0.50 per mile.
Internet infusion consulting
services will be provided at an hourly rate. A minimum of .5 hour will be
required for any Internet consulting service provided. Any additional contact
that is necessary past the initial .5 hour will be invoiced at the regular
hourly fee. An estimate of consulting services necessary to fulfill requests
will be provided prior to initial consultation session.
References will be provided
as necessary. Copies of reference materials and/or documentation may be
provided upon request for an additional charge.
