All Legal Consulting Services
will be provided at an hourly rate.
A minimum retainer of 2 hours and a
signed Letter of Agreement will be required for initial case review and expert
opinion. Any additional work
completed past the initial 2 hours will be invoiced at the regular hourly fee.
After the initial case review an
estimate of additional consulting services (requested or required) will be
provided upon request.
Any and all appearances,
either in court, mediation, or given depositions (including travel time) will
be invoiced at an hourly rate.
All expenses (i.e. toll
calls, reference articles, copies, etc.) incurred will be the responsibility of
the contracting party and will be invoiced accordingly.
The contracting company is
responsible for travel expenses, including mileage and/or airfare,
accommodations, meals, and any additional related expenses.
For locations outside the
Tampa Bay area (i.e. Pinellas and Hillsborough counties) mileage will be billed
at a rate of $0.50 per mile.
Payments are due 30 days
from invoice date, otherwise a 15% late charge will be applied.
